Client, who was a high school student, was charged with participating in large outdoor party resulting in calls to the police. Evidence presented that client had not been drinking and was exiting gathering. After hearing before clerk magistrate, charges were dismissed.
Westborough District Court – Leaving Scene of Property Damage Accident: Dismissed
Client was charged with knowingly leaving the scene of a property damage accident after commercial truck driver reported his vehicle was struck at intersection. Evidence presented that client returned to scene shortly after accident occurred. After hearing before clerk magistrate, charge was dismissed.

Client was a worker on site when he fell through uncovered second floor hole in a partially framed house. Attorney Murray retained construction expert verifying violations of the applicable building code. The case settled at mediation.
