Client was charged with Reckless Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Accessory After the Fact. Charges resulted after it was alleged that client recklessly followed another motor vehicle to the location where his brother had a physical altercation with a schoolmate. Accessory After the Fact charge was dismissed at pretrial hearing by the court after Attorney Murray filed motion. Client was found not guilty after bench trial.
